I’m there and I even got my post up a bit early over at Marmelade Gypsy. So looking forward to yours!
I saw you wonderful post about St Malo! The fotos were just beautiful.
I’m looking forward to reading, listening, watching all things French. I thought I would do a weekly wrap-up as I am juggling a few items at one time!
Your photo at the top of the post evokes the wonderful atmosphere of French sidewalk tables. I want the escalope de veau! Is that you in the pic?
best… mae
I just love the way the young woman looks…relaxed enjoying a wine…probably after a hectic day. No, that is no me in the photo but I did sit down with a beautiful cru bourgeois wine and think of things to do during #ParisInJuly! I’ve visited your blog and I see some wonderful posts and books I want to investigate. Thanks so much for your comment.
I’m so envious that you can read your books in French Nancy!
I am eager to start reading my French books this month. I have to read 5 ch ia day in Deerslayer first and hope to finish it at the end of the week It is actually fun finally facing up to my ‘nemesis’ book! Thanks so much for reminding me about this #ParisInJuly event. I envy your ability to keep in touch with so many in the blog-o-sphere and especially spurring me on to different reading adventures! You…the wind beneath my wings!
You make me smile! I needed that today – Mr Books & I have both been pretty sick with this nasty cold & feeling miserable. So headachy I haven’t been able to read either! Nothing worse than a day off work & not being able to read.
Good luck with your nemesis xo
Brona, making you smile today…. can’t get any better than that! I hope you and Mr. B can shake the nasty cold soon. Can’t read? Turn on Netflix and watch a ‘French’ movie or TV Series!
I’ve been in the kitchen the past few days and now I’m finally done with the recipes I want to share on #ParisInJuly. I’m reading the biography of Berthe Morisot the young female impressioniste that often stood in the shadows of the greats Manet, Monet, Van Gogh etc. Have a look at some of her paintings on Google…they are beautiful! Thanks for stopping by and get well soon!
