The Drover’s Wife – Leah Purcell – READ (review) – Winner 2017

Wow, that looks like a challenge! I’ve read one of Kim Scott’s books, I’d be interested in what he’s writing now. A lot of new names and potential for finding gems I’m sure!
Great books from ‘Down Under”!
Reading a gem (non-fiction) at the moment!
Do tell me more!
I’m hoping to get to Trauma Cleaner sooner rather than later and my book club has the de Kretser as our June read, so I will defintiely get to that in the next month.
Deep Time Dreaming also interests me. Taboo was great – I really need to go back and read his first 2 books as they’re meant to be even better.
I just finished Deep Time Dreaming (…review soon, must gather my thoughts!).
Now the difficult choice…which book to read next?
I think I will try a book that has not been reviewed by so many people.
A book that is a bit ‘off the radar’.
