Love the beautiful image of the County Clare coastline and your ambitous reading plans for March. Very pleased to see L’art de perdre on there.
And a Louise Kennedy short story and a play!
Enjoy the immersion, so many great books to read in March, I’m drowning in good intentions, best get started! 🤣

I was so impressed by your review of “L’art de perdure” that I had to put it on my reading list. It is a long book…I hope her can manage her vocabulary in French….and speed up the reading. L. Kennedy is a wonderful writer and Marina Carr…well, I recommend trying one of her plays. She won the the Windham-Campbell Prize, worth $165,000 (€155,000)…in 2017. Not bad for a day’s work!

Delighted to see this post – you’re still here!! Great list as always.

You have reminded me that I need to start planning for March too.
Had all sorts of good intentions re blogging for this weekend, but other things got in the way. Oh well, tomorrow is another day, as they say :-)

Lists are the fun part…now I have to get reviews on paper after all this reading. Hopefully Spring temps will help me get in the mood in March!

I loved The End of the World is a Cul-de-Sac – even more than Trespasses – all the stories are excellent, enjoy!
