    Yeah, a couple of inches here too, I hate it.
    I really enjoy Carson McCullers, but have never read her short stories, so thanks for this!

      Sometimes a random story (1949 published in Madamoiselle magazine)…found on the internet is just fun to read! I often search The New Yorker ‘back issues” for short stories by some great writers.

    Oh, how pretty!

    We’ve just had a week of proper summer weather, even up here high in the mountains it has been pretty warm with 30 degree days! Your pic was a lovely cool respite for my eyes :-)
