Oh wow, I just listened to an audiobook that contained a lot of these. I don’t have Netflix, but anyway, reading these stories was horrific enough, no way would I try to watch them, lol.
If you ever decide to get Netflix…this Edgar Allan Poe series “The Fall of the House of Usher” is a viewing experience you won’t forget!
Health=movement is a big equation in my life, too.
I’ve also switched to consuming news by visiting a couple of sites each day and that is it. I want to do better with turning off the social media, but that’s still a work in progress for me.
I try to walk 6 miles 5 X week…it is so important to keep moving and I have so many audio books to listen to.
I love that you’re loving your routine!
I don’t watch any US news. Don’t trust ’em. I get my news from the rest of the world.

Think I’ll bypass the graphic, bloody series. I’m watching Orphan Black and there is enough of that in this series on Netflix!
Edgar Allan Poe is always bloody!
I haven’t watched the news for many years. I stopped when my brother joined the Marines. Then later my son went into the Marines. Too stressfull to watch for me.
News? I keep the local Dutch news on most of the time and don’t pay much attention to to USA anymore.
Seems the USA news is mostly negative, I don’t like negative.

I adored this series!
Mike Flanagan and his writing team have pulled off a “literary coup”. Poe’s genius has been brought back into the spotlight with an obvious nod to the opioids (…which Poe loved) and Slacker family in USA. I’d watch it again!
